Waist or Seat?

Both styles have advantages.

Waist harnesses are the most common as they are super comfortable and allow almost unlimited freedom of movement. The latest offerings do not ride up like the rib busters of old and offer extreme support for busting the biggest of moves.

Seat harnesses are easier on the back and seem to suit larger riders and ex windsurfers better. Having the hook lower allows you to ride a bit more powered and they are the best choice for just cruising or for those whose ambition is to jump super high without throwing the tricks.
